Michael Gomez fell in love with Tulum and began investing locally, buying and selling real estate since 2020. He is the Broker and Owner of Hive Nashville, as well as the Broker of Deelumx, servicing select areas of Mexico alongside his good friend, founder and visionary Michael Dee. Additionally, Michael is a partner of RAM Property Management and Nashville Renovators. Over the years, he has built his business to cater specifically to investors, participating in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry. As a seasoned investor, Michael has personally owned, rented, flipped, and developed properties across the Southern United States and is an expert in the entire process of being, building, and selling in Mexico. His success, alongside his wife Amy, led them to be one of the featured teams on HGTV’s Flipping Showdown. Michael provides expert real estate broker insight, helping clients evaluate property values, sell investment properties, and buy new ones that meet their investment criteria.
